As one of the most capable AISC Certified Steel Erectors in Northeast Georgia, we maintain a clear competitive advantage by using our own equipment and relying exclusively on our full-time, in-house erection crews. At Daunch and Hirschi Construction, our unmatched equipment fleet gives us a serious edge in steel erection and heavy construction. We operate six high-capacity cranes, including a 250-ton Grove GMK 6250-L and a 120-ton DEMAG AC100L, capable of handling complex lifts with precision and efficiency. Supporting this core are 29 scissor lifts, 18 boom lifts, and 8 telescopic forklifts — ensuring full access and mobility across even the most demanding job sites. Our in-house arsenal of 35 welding machines and a stud welding system enables us to self-perform critical tasks without delay, while maintaining strict control over quality and safety. By owning and operating all of our equipment, we eliminate scheduling gaps, reduce downtime, and deliver greater value to our clients — project after project.
